Upcycled Paint Boxes

Many paint companies are making concerted efforts to create products that are gentler on the environment, including Up Paint, the world's first upcycled paint company. And with its latest launch, the company is introducing a new patent-pending product called the Up Box. Launching for a day in April that's all about celebrating and respecting Earth, this product is touted as "a first-of-its-kind solution for responsible recycling of post-consumer water-based paint, providing a sustainable alternative to traditional paint disposal methods combined with an innovative 'upcycling' program."

It's estimated that more than 85 million of gallons of paint go unused in the United States every year and one of the biggest reasons for this is that most households don't have an easy way to deal with their leftover paint products. The Up Box makes it easy for consumers to ship unwanted latex or acrylic paint straight to Up Paint.
