Climate Protest Workshops

Take Action Together Launches a New Eco-Minded Storytelling Workshop

Take Action Together, a non-profit community interest company founded by Fay Watts, Lauren Cartwright, and Ema Couteleau-Charlton, has officially launched a new free creative workshop on climate protest art to educate and inspire consumers to adopt eco-friendly practices. The workshop, led by Couteleau-Charlton, will see participants view an interactive performance based on Dr. Seuss' 'The Lorax,' featuring props and reading sessions to inspire sustainable practices. Attendees will then craft protest signs using scrap material, allowing them to see the benefit of repurposing discarded items.

"The message that we want to share with the project is that storytelling can really inspire real change. It’s just about joining forces with the community, and promoting sustainability and eco-friendly practices through interactive storytelling,” said Couteleau-Charlton.
