French start-up Les Nouveaux Géants offers immersive courses for eco-conscious employee training, empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge to create more sustainable operational practices within their workplace. Les Nouveaux Géants' comprehensive training combines in-person learning, daily micro-learning sessions (e-learning), and weekly coaching sessions. The course lasts five weeks and includes "psychological support for eco-anxiety."
