Urselmann Interior—a design studio based in Düsseldorf—recently renovated its workspace and it did so while following the principles of sustainable office interior design. Urselmann Interior embraced the use of various eco-friendly materials during the project, including materials that were biodegradable, upcycled, and recycled. It implemented this conscientious practice in every nook and cranny of the space.

The sustainable office interior boasts such things as "glueless joinery and a cellulose-based wall cladding [by Honext]." It also features interesting wooden and terrazzo flooring that the practice "salvaged during renovations," heaters from Concular (a platform known for championing resource-efficient building), cabinets with recycled strips of fabric from textile brand Kvadrat, and more.

Urselmann Interior stipulated that it follows the strategy known as 'cradle to cradle' which advocates for the "potentially infinite circulation of materials."
