This collaboration focuses on streamlining the application of barrier coatings by incorporating them directly into HEIDELBERG’s existing flexographic printing technology.

This innovative approach allows manufacturers to use HEIDELBERG's flexographic machines to print and apply Solenis' barrier coatings in a single step.

The integration of Solenis' advanced barrier coatings into HEIDELBERG's machines enables packaging producers to enhance the performance of products such as board materials, flexible packaging, and cupstock. Additionally, the collaboration introduces specialized anti-slip coatings for industrial uses like shipping and container applications, providing a comprehensive range of technical solutions that cater to various packaging needs.
