Saica Flex announces a new solution for product packaging with its new mono-material, metalized pouch. The triplex structure, composed entirely of polyethylene (PE), boasts a metalized PE middle layer offering versatility for a variety of uses. It provides medium or very high barrier levels, prioritizing either a metalized appearance or enhanced protection against humidity, oxygen, and odors.
This innovation accommodates clients' varying needs, circumstances, and product requirements. The pouch's robust structural performance allows maximum packaging speeds comparable to traditional multi-material designs.
