Seremoni Fish is a range of seafood from Shinkei Systems that aims to change the standards in the industry when it comes to supply chains and introduce decidedly more sustainable options.

The products put Michelin-star quality fish in the spotlight that provides superior sustainability and complete traceability to accommodate the increasing shift towards eco-friendly seafood products. The seafood starts on the finishing vessel where the fish is handled with care and in the manner used by ancient Japanese handlers. The products each have a QR code on the packaging to allow for easy tracing of origin and more.
