Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is proud to announce a partnership with Drinique, a sustainable serviceware provider, to enhance its guests' in-room breakfast experience.

This collaboration introduces an innovative reusable bento box-style serveware made from 50% certified recycled materials. Designed for convenience, this new serveware offers a compact alternative to traditional porcelain plates, reducing bulk and weight for a more enjoyable breakfast experience.

Drinique’s bento box-style serveware is crafted from Eastman Tritan™ Renew, a high-quality plastic produced using advanced molecular recycling technologies. The durability and longevity of this sustainable material make it an ideal choice for the fast-paced demands of food service aboard cruise ships.

Initially, the reusable serveware will be implemented for in-room breakfast service on the Norwegian Prima® and Norwegian Viva® ships, with plans to expand its use across NCL's fleet of 19 ships by the end of the year.
