Mole Bitters is a first-of-its-kind launch from Fee Brothers, as it sets itself apart with upcycled ingredients. This cocktail enhancer gets its richness and warmth from cacao fruit juice sourced from Ecuadorian farmers. Dan Kurzrock, Upcycled Foods, Inc. CEO, says "These cacao farmers were previously only able to sell the seeds for the chocolate market, with the flavorful fruit's pulp ending up in food waste streams.
