The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Danube Properties to boost innovation and sustainability in Dubai's housing sector. This public-private sector-focused partnership will focus on leveraging the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance construction and management processes in the name of environmental conservation.

The collaboration aims to deliver high-quality, cost-effective housing solutions that meet citizens' needs and align with Dubai’s infrastructure goals. By exchanging expertise, both parties will work on creating a sustainable maintenance program for buildings and public facilities.
