The RTA in Dubai Presents Plans for Floc Duo Rail System

The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is recently entering partnerships with experts across the globe to create a sustainable transport system -- the first of the plans is the Floc Duo Rail system. The second to follow is a solar-powered rail bus system.
The projects will be a progressive step in Dubai's work towards embracing futuristic technology and urban mobility as a whole. The Floc Duo Rail system is made in collaboration with Urban-Mass Company. It is a driverless system made up of electric pods that move along an elevated track. This system tackles the issue of having to create expensive and timely tunnels, large stations, earthworks, and more. The dual track base will be able to efficiently move throughout urban areas as well.
