At its global flagship store in London, Lush Cosmetics debuted a 'Naked Makeup Counter' that shows off some of its newest waste-reducing offerings like the Slap Sticks foundation and the Glow Stick highlighters, both of which are solid.
As much as today's consumer is concerned with the quality and purity of ingredients used in body care products, excess packaging is also a key concern for an environmentally minded individual.
For years, Lush has been appealing to the eco-conscious consumer by offering a wide variety of package-free makeup and bath products. In 2018, Lush has ramped up its efforts by releasing many innovative new products without packaging, as well as its first-ever dedicated 'Naked Shop' in Milan.
