The project, developed by RD Nairn Construction, emphasizes energy efficiency and affordability, aligning with Loreburn's commitment to environmental sustainability. Each home is equipped with air-source heat pumps, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems, and photovoltaic panels to harness renewable energy. Additional features include triple-glazed windows and airtightness membranes, which enhance energy performance and reduce carbon emissions. These measures not only support environmental goals but also help tenants lower their energy costs.
