Casa Xixim, an eco-luxury villa designed by Specht Novak Architects, integrates sustainability with modern design, offering an environmentally conscious retreat in Tulum.

The villa features four private ensuite bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy while culinary offerings, curated by Chef Joaquin Cardoso of Loup Mexico City, include daily meals prepared with locally sourced, organic ingredients for a personal touch.

Sustainable architectural elements define Casa Xixim’s design with "louvered screens and expansive sliding doors which enhance ventilation, reducing reliance on air conditioning." Following permaculture principles, the villa operates on a net-metered solar system, utilizing Tulum’s sunlight for renewable energy. Additional eco-friendly features include "a photovoltaic solar array, rainwater collection system, constructed wetlands filtration system, and green roofs providing insulation, pollinator gardens, and extended green spaces."

By blending eco-friendly innovations with luxury, Casa Xixim offers a sophisticated, sustainable lodging option that aligns with Tulum’s natural environment while ensuring a comfortable experience for travelers.
