Platinum Equity is the majority owner of Rehlko, with Kohler Company continuing to hold an investment stake. The new name, derived from the six letters of Kohler, symbolizes the company's commitment to reliability, reinvention, and resilience.

Rehlko will continue to operate independently, providing a broad range of energy solutions, including power generation, energy storage, and renewable technologies. The company's portfolio now includes brands such as Power Systems, Engines, Uninterruptible Power, Home Energy, Clarke Energy, Curtis Instruments, and Heila Technologies. This rebranding aims to position Rehlko at the forefront of energy resilience technology, maintaining its mission to deliver reliable and innovative energy solutions to its customers. The transition is expected to be fully implemented by the end of 2024, with marketing efforts underway to introduce the Rehlko brand to a broader audience.
