Parachute is working with SuperCircle on a new initiative that seeks to redirect textile waste from landfills into recycling streams. The initiative will see Parachute provide in-store textile recycling across 26 retail locations, accepting items like sheets and pillows in any condition to ensure they are being responsibly reused for new items. Customers who donate items will receive a 15% discount code that will go towards their next purchase at Parachute. The recycled and donated textiles are often used for furniture batting, insulation, and padding.

The initiative was announced through an immersive pop-up at Café Kitsuné in the West Village in NYC.

“SuperCircle is thrilled to build on our partnership with Parachute Home, through which we’ve already recycled 27,000 pounds of textiles,” said Chloe Songer, Co-Founder & CEO at SuperCircle.
