Thirty years ago, Keurig changed the way consumers brewed coffee with the introduction of its K-Cup pod system, and the single-serve coffee system is evolving again with K-Rounds.

K-Rounds, created from roasted coffee beans that are ground, pressed and wrapped in a proprietary plant-based protective coating, offer a new way to experience quality coffee without the need for plastic or aluminum. These waste-reducing pods are compatible with the all-new Keurig Alta and they are an integral part of the reimagined Keurig system for preparing barista-quality hot and cold beverages at home.

These plastic-free pods are designed for brewing at high pressure to prepare espresso-based drinks, as well as low pressure for making drip coffee and other coffeehouse-style drinks.
