Compostable Cold Beverage Cups

The Plastic-Free Cold Cups have been announced as a new series of packaging solutions from foodservice products manufacturer Continental Cup to provide an alternative to plastic varieties.

The cups are constructed with no PLA, bio-plastics, resin or plant-based polymers and are capable of being composted after use where they'll break down naturally in around 90 days. The cups can also be recycled via curbside recycle programs to maximize the versatility of disposal for the packaging.

The Plastic-Free Cold Cups come in a range of size options to choose from that are ready to be paired with a client's own branding to further elevate customization. The cups are part of a wider shift towards compostable single-use products to combat plastic waste.
