Focused on baby green leaf, baby red and green leaf mix, and baby spring mix, the facility’s early production phase brings pesticide-free, crisp greens to Ontario’s local grocers and farmers’ markets. With daily harvesting and optimal growing conditions, Haven Greens addresses seasonal supply limitations and reduces the need for long-distance transportation -- supporting both sustainability goals and food security.
