Fresh Bowl Serves Healthy Meals in Reusable Glass Jars

Health-conscious, environmentally aware consumers crave food that's fresh, nourishing and convenient and Fresh Bowl is helping to reinvent the vending machine model with a solution that combines chef-crafted dishes with reusable glass jars that can be returned for credit. As well as increasing access to healthy food in heavily trafficked areas like office building lobbies, subway centers and even retail locations, Fresh Bowl is helping to reduce waste by avoiding the use of single-use plastics.
Some of the nourishing items on Fresh Bowl's menu include Cobb Salads, Taco Grain Bowls and even indulgent yet healthy snacks like Cacao Cookie Dough.
As it stands, there are about five places in New York City where people can grab a Fresh Bowl but the company is aiming to have 50 machines in operation by the end of the year and 100 in 18 months.
