Tide is launching a new eco-friendly detergent, dubbed Tide Purclean, that is a bio-based detergent that makes use of a formula that comprises 65 percent biological ingredients.

This eco-friendly detergent doesn't compromise on performance however, and offers the precise cleaning, stain-removing and freshness-inducing properties that Tide has always been renowned for. A gentle Honey Lavender scent adds to the freshness factor of this green detergent.

What's more, this detergent is manufactured in facilities that use 100 percent sustainable power sources, and is optimized to work in cold water in order to promote further energy savings.

Many customers have shied away from embracing eco-friendly detergents and cleaning products due to an assumption that they don't work as well as chemically based products, but Tide is tossing away that line of thought with Purclean, whose bio-based detergents do not negatively impact its performance in any way.
