The Simply Co. was created by Lauren Singer of Trash is for Tossers, a blog about her commitment to a zero waste lifestyle. Sharing that she makes everything from her own bread to toothpaste and drain cleaner, readers were quick to ask about her simple laundry detergent recipe and where they could purchase a similar product. So, The Simply Co. was born. The project launched on Kickstarter and was met with an overwhelming amount of success, more than doubling the initial crowdfunding goals. Now in production, the three-ingredient, organic and biodegradable laundry detergent is in extremely high demand.
