This upcycled vegetable mix offers "an affordable and environmentally responsible option for preparing healthy meals, priced at $5.99 per kilogram—equivalent to Arctic Gardens’ regular mixes available in 550-gram to 675-gram formats."

Moreover, in alignment with its commitment to eliminating food waste (as much as possible), Arctic Gardens maximizes the utilization of surplus harvest and vegetable trimmings in its products. For instance, the 'Parfaits Imparfaits Vegetable Mix' is created from surplus carrots, cauliflower, butternut squash, broccoli, and rutabaga, which reflects the brand's focus on resource optimization and sustainability.
