Matriark Vegetable Harvest Stew is a new release from upcycled food company Matriark Foods, and it supports food banks with a first-of-its-kind carbon-neutral, shelf-stable meal. This stew is made with navy beans and vegetables sourced from farms in New York State, which build upon Matriark's upcycled broth base to deliver a hearty source of nourishment.
With the launch of Matriark Vegetable Harvest Stew, Matriark Foods is making its first foray into shelf-stable meal products.
This comforting, planet-friendly meal is being distributed by FeedMore WNY, one of the largest food banks in New York State, and God's Love We Deliver, and Rethink Food will also offer the carbon-neutral, shelf-stable stew to their respective communities.
