Volkswagen Canada is showcasing its commitment to a greener future with the launch of pollution-eating paint murals. As a testament to the brand's sustainability goals, it has introduced the first of three commissioned murals aimed at cleaner air and a more eco-friendly tomorrow.
The mural is located at 144 Ossington Avenue in Toronto, showcasing local artist Ronaldo's work. It also utilizes revolutionary pollution-eating paint to absorb carbon dioxide. This initiative aligns with Volkswagen's commitment to sustainable mobility, having already saved over 850,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide globally since 2017.
In addition to the murals, Volkswagen will donate pollution-eating paint to Calgary's BUMP Festival, furthering its contribution to sustainable public art. With a focus on reducing carbon footprints, Volkswagen also offers innovative solutions like pollution-eating car covers and sustainable car detailing kits.
