Eunsu Lee works together with Samsung on the new Memory Capsule USB flash drive concept. The defining element of the USB is that it is made from eco-friendly materials and visually, it looks like a classic USB flash drive. Most the USB is made from old electronic devices and sustainable materials.
The packaging uses recycled pulp whilst the body of the USB is made from metals and plastics that are collected from smartphones. The thumb drive cap is constructed from recycled polycarbonate, which is taken from the fishing nets that have been discarded. Additionally, it also has an LED display that showcases the date of the data that is being saved from the discarded smartphones.
