Fashion products have become a cause for concern from an environmental standpoint cause of the synthetic materials they're often made with, so the 'Sustainable Backpack' accessory has been designed to change this. The backpack has a natural construction that is achieved using a bamboo framework for a sturdy yet decidedly more eco-friendly aesthetic. The decorative elements on the pack are made from palm tree bark, while the straps are crafted from treated banana bark and the rear section from coir for enhanced breathability.

The 'Sustainable Backpack' accessory is the design work of Aishwarya Nair for Studio Tjeerd Veenhoven and has an ultra-low carbon footprint thanks to the absence of chemicals and emissions in the manufacturing process. This also allows the backpack to be sustainably discarded after use.
