Frylight cooking spray is showing off a packaging update in the UK as part of the brand's commitment to sustainability that will help to position it as a more eco-friendly option for consumers to pick up. The packaging update sees the brand's one-calorie cooking spray contained inside bottles that have been given a 9% reduction that will reduce the company's carbon footprint when it comes to production and logistics. The packaging update can be observed across the brand's entire range and will reportedly remove 20 tons of plastic from the supply chain.

Innovation Lead Emily Wyborn spoke on the updated Frylight cooking spray packaging saying, "Sustainability remains a priority for consumers and they expect their favourite brands to step up and offer more environmentally-friendly options. By reducing the amount of plastic in each bottle of Frylight by 9%, we are proud to be removing 20 tonnes of plastic from the supply chain per annum, the equivalent of 900k fewer Frylight plastic bottles being produced per annum."
