The company has commenced operations in Elgin, Illinois, and has begun actively shipping its 100% curbside recyclable and home-compostable innovation to breweries across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Earthrings's alternative to plastic beverage packaging employs sustainable cardboard rings that are coated in a biodegradable formula. This coating ensures that the rings are durable and can withstand moisture. According to the brand, its offering is also "more cost-effective than many other plastic-free alternatives." Pricing starts at 12.5 cents per unit.
