Hoxton Farms and the Sumitomo Corporation have announced a new strategic partnership that will see the brands working together to bring the Hoxton Fat cultivated pork fat to the Asia-Pacific market. The fat alternative is crafted from pork stem cells and is positioned as a healthier alternative to conventional animal fats with a similarly versatile profile. The product is thus suited as a drop-in replacement for a wide range of foods including soups, sauces and meat-based items, which will reduce reliance on both animal and plant oils.

Hoxton Farms CEO Max Jamilly commented on the Hoxton Fat cultivated pork fat partnership with the Sumitomo Corporation saying, "Sumitomo’s established network and expertise are key to bringing our cultivated fat to Asia, where we see an increasing demand for healthier and more sustainable food options.”
