Sustainable Indigenous Cosmetics

Jenn Harper, the founder and CEO of Cheekbone Beauty, is introducing a new cosmetics collection that draws inspiration from the traditions and practices of Indigenous leaders. Cheekbone Beauty is known for its commitment to natural ingredients, with all products containing at least 98% natural components.

The brand's existing makeup range includes a variety of lip, eye, and face products, all designed with an emphasis on sustainability and respect for the environment.

"How we made [sustainable products] possible was, like, really taking this deep dive into understanding ingredients, how they're made, where they come from, and then also incorporating Indigenous ways of knowing and being into how we make products," Harper said.
