With concerns mounting regarding pollution in our oceans and waterways, the Solubag is an eco-friendly and water-soluble solution to single-use plastic bags. What makes these bags unique is their ability to completely dissolve in water within seconds after being used. The progressive bag has two iterations; one was designed to look and feel like a traditional plastic bag and the other replicates the texture of a fabric bag.
The Solubag is made from a derivative of limestone and is not harmful to the environment. Moreover, as it's not made from paper, it does not contribute to deforestation and has a lower carbon footprint compared to paper bags. The bag is also superior to traditional compostable bags as it dissolves immediately and does not require a large scale composting facility.
