Reusable Bamboo Make-up Pads

Throwing out something after one use is both uneconomical and outdated; that's why Life Unpacked created Reusable Make-up pads. Though we have come leaps and bounds in reducing our consumption of single-use plastic, there is still plenty of headway to be made in scaling down the production of unnecessary waste; so this Vancouver-based sustainable self-care brand has decided to make its contribution through the creation of the Reusable Make-up pads. This product comes alongside an entire line of sustainable self-care products including toothbrushes, razors, and soap.

Life Unpacked's goal is to completely eliminate the use of plastic as well as to minimize the environmental damage businesses cause simply by existing. In order to do so Life Unpacked carbon offset everything it ships. In partnership with the Eden Reforestation Project, the brand hires communities most affected by deforestation to plant trees. Moreover, all materials used in the Reusable Make-up pads are sourced sustainably and made primarily with Bamboo.

Throughout its development, Life Unpacked, with the creation of their Reusable Make-up pads claims to have eliminated the incorporation of 44 different types of plastic most commonly found in one-time use makeup removal rounds. The pads come in a wash bag for storage and easy cleaning, and if you look after them properly will last a lifetime.
