sweetgreen's Low Carbon Collection was created to spotlight the brand's more carbon-conscious offerings and to help consumers make more eco-friendly choices when placing their orders. Now the brand has expanded the Low Carbon Collection to include new offerings, which include the Guacamole Greens, Super Green Goddess, Crispy Rice Bowl, and Shroomami. When customers go to order each of these dishes, they'll be informed about how much carbon was emitted in the creation of the dish. This will ultimately help consumers make everyday choices that will ultimately reduce their carbon footprint.
