Eco-Conscious Deodorant Packaging

The challenge is enormous

Respectueuse, an ethical beauty brand, has introduced a range of deodorants packaged in Sonoco's rigid paper EnviroStick. EnviroStick packaging is constructed from recycled cardboard, and Respectueuse believes it will contribute to increased recycling rates among cosmetics consumers in France.

Respectueuse is dedicated to sustainability and focuses on creating solid cosmetics while minimizing the use of plastic in its packaging. The brand's core mission is to bring purpose to beauty routines and reduce the prevalence of plastic in bathrooms, contributing to a brighter and more sustainable future.

In addition to the deodorant line, Respectueuse is hoping to use EnviroStick packaging for its sunscreen, cosmetic, and beauty products.

“Sonoco is one of the very few companies manufacturing three-piece cardboard push-up packaging in Europe, most similar packaging types are manufactured in Asia.
