Fully Sustainable Textile Collections
Resuinsa Showcased a 100% Sustainable Hotel Room
Colin Smith — July 15, 2022'Resuinsa,' the Spanish hospitality firm, announced a number of sustainable collections targeted at the hospitality industry. These collections range from sets of sheets and blankets to towels, tablecloths, and even carrying bags. The full suite was unveiled in a showroom-style demonstration from the company, where a mock hotel room was filled entirely with 100% sustainable products.
The collections are the 'Cotton EBO,' 'Cotton Plus,' 'VITA,' and 'Line EBO,' respectively. These collections include notable items such as textiles sewn from ecological, organic cotton, towels crafted from 60% organic cotton and 40% post-industrial cotton, and even kitchen textiles made from organic linen. It is important to note that the company sources linen that is farmed without the use of pesticides, insecticides, or harmful chemical fertilizers.
With the release of this large-scale sustainability collection, Resuinsa is leveraging its size, experience, and research in the hospitality industry to demonstrate the fully cyclical environmental future of the industry.
