Abasi Rosborough Draws Attention Towards Climate Issues for SS18

New York-based fashion label Abasi Rosborough is returning with new seasonal offerings for Spring/Summer 2018. This time, the label is highlighting the climate problems of global warming and bringing awareness to the issue. The collection itself is comprised of high-quality designs, displayed through a nature-themed lookbook shot by photographer Justin Guariglia. Abasi Rosborough refines versatility with contemporary cut details, upgraded with vibrant colors and captivating patterns.

The dangerous threat of global warming is the key focus of the new capsule, as the label makes note of the consumption and waste that the fashion industry is notorious for. The label constructs its clothing domestically from sustainable processes, with 80% of its pieces sourced from limited deadstock fabric materials. The Orange tones in the collection represent the emergency call to protect the planet, with every single piece delivering protection and functionality. This concept is drawn from Abdul Abasi's eight years serving the military. Notably, the capsule also details some ice prints on breathable fabrics, with accents reading "HYPErOBJECT" and "NASA MISSIONS OVER GREENLAND."
